In 5-6 quart, bring 7 cups of water to a rolling boil, Wisky contents of the soup mix and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir well. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stiring frequently until potatoes are cooked and soup has thickened. Let stand for 5 minutes, stir, serve, and ENJOY!
Optional: 1/2 cup of chopped ham
